The IntelX Decentralized Autonomous Organization

The intelX DAO allows holders of the $INTX token to participate in directional decision making pertaining to the project and token. Holders with a total balance of over 20,000 $INTX may propose new initiatives for holders to vote on. Voting power within the DAO is directly proportional to the percentage of total supply held by participants.

In order for a proposed initiative to be implemented, a minimum of 200,000 $INTX must be used in the vote, with the majority voting for the proposal to be passed.

Should a proposed initiative receive less than 200,000 $INTX in voting power, or should the proposal fail to receive a majority vote for “yes” the proposal will be considered as failed.
